We were asked by Surface Magazine to create a fictionalized aspirational marijuana brand. Essentially: design the future Starbucks of weed.
Our brand, hi–, is a personal marijuana concierge. The service would include on-demand delivery service via mobile and web, as well as artfully designed monthly selections of curated high-end organic varietals. Going for an aesthetic we described as "post-modernist lava lamp," the mutable logo acts as a free-spirited doodle. Inspiration was drawn from Karel Martens and Gabriel Orozco.
We had fun, as you can see, despite the fact that we didn't do as much market research as one would think.
